Imagine using a laser (yes, a real laser!) to etch creative designs, cut out unique business cards, develop mechanical components, and so much more. Our Epilog is a small easy-to-use laser cutter with amazing speed and etching resolution quality. After learning how to operate our Epilog laser cutter at Fabville, students will be able to cut out and etch shapes and designs onto all types of products and surfaces. This workshop will cover exporting and preparing work with Inkscape for the laser to cut or engrave materials like cardboard, plywood, and acrylic.

Basic knowledge of software like Inkscape and Illustrator recommended.
