Students will design their own light shadow “boxes.” These cut-out “boxes'' can either cast shadows on the areas around them or block light to produce an image inside the “box” itself. We will cover the design process and assembly of lights and components so that each student can create their own individualized “box”. Whether students want to make a cube, a pyramid, or an icosahedron, the choice is theirs.

Basic knowledge of software like Inkscape and Illustrator recommended.

Prerequisite: signed off on Black Laser Cutter to cut yourself, if not instructor can for you.
