On Tuesday December 17th starting at 5pm and going all the way to 8Pm! All Makers Past, Present and Future are invited to Room B032 to partake in fabrication festivities!
Activities: Ornament making station- a station flush with laser cut shapes in all sorts of materials, craft supplies and plenty of glitter! Make something silly to hang upon your tree!
Make-your-own-Fidget- Assemble a three gear fidget toy designed in house by community members. Choose from a dizzying array of laser cut acrylic colors!
Machine Demonstrations- See the marvelous machines of a bonafide Makerspace in action, 3d printers, Laser and Vinyl cutters galore! Learn how you can create the world around you with just a little know-how and design work!
Presentations from Artisan’s Asylum and SHS robotics team 6201, The former being our parent organization- the mega makerspace itself- and the latter being a team of battle hardened robot experts who’s highlander spirit blazed a fantastic season last year!
Learn how you can make a makerspace into a makerhome this frosty December and walk out with an ornament to spruce up your own cozy neck of the woods!
Note: Open shop hours will be running from 4 to 9pm as usual, just be aware that there may be a crowd.
